  • The Maintenance Assessment objectively highlights:
  • Strengths and weaknesses in maintenance
  • Allowing you to prioritise actions for improvements, based on a score

 

SKF and ERIKS visit your factory (depends on the size of the plant the length of time it'll take to complete) however, to conform with current restrictions:

  • We can perform the questions over a Virtual Teams Call
  • With a view to site walk in due course
  • Book 1½ Hours
  • We can add photos of your site
  • In particular for the initial page to frame the report or to highlight current practices 

 

SKF Maintenance Assessment Report Findings

  • 7-10 working days minimum is needed to compile the report from the date of assessment
  • We will advise when this is complete

 

Next Step – Book Site Walk Follow-up

  • Teams Meeting scheduled (1½ hours)
  • Present and discuss the report findings with your line manager/maintenance team as appropriate
  • Confirm actions or follow-up to be taken
