ERIKS reaches agreement to divest ERIKS UK & Ireland

ERIKS UK & Ireland and Rubix are both well respected technical distributors with a strong focus on technology. 

This transaction combines two multi-specialist industrial distributors offering a broad range of products and services. The divestment is subject to customary regulatory approvals, and is expected to complete later in the year, once these approvals have been obtained.
