Pamela Bingham

Pamela has over 20 years of international commercial experience and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to ERIKS.

For the last six years, Pamela has served as a Non-Executive Director at Tyman Plc, a leading international supplier of engineered door and window components to the construction industry.   Pamela was, until recently, the Chief Executive Officer at Glen Dimplex Heating & Ventilation. She successfully managed international sales and improved customer relationships. Furthermore, her expertise in turnaround situations and executive management played a pivotal role in revitalizing the organisation's operations.

Before joining Glen Dimplex, Pamela was the Managing Director for the Infrastructure Products Group, Europe and Australia, at CRH, a global leader in building materials and solutions. Pamela oversaw strategic planning, brand development, and employee engagement, achieving significant growth in international sales within a short period.  

Pamela also spent time as the European Managing Director at Weir Minerals.  She led the European Leadership Team dedicated to simplifying and repositioning the business. By improving customer service and driving business margins, the team successfully navigated the complex international mining and industrial markets.

Prior to joining Weir Minerals, Pamela held the role of Divisional Managing Director at Rotork, a renowned manufacturer of actuators and flow control mechanisms. At Rotork, she spearheaded business development initiatives and facilitated strong customer relationships, also being responsible for mergers and acquisitions and strategic planning.

Pamela’s career includes valuable experience as Group Legal Director and Company Secretary at David Brown Gear Systems Limited. In this role, she was key in driving strategic and commercial decisions. Lastly, as a Commercial Director at Servelec Systems Limited, Pamela gained expertise in executive management and mergers and acquisitions.
