I have been in the MRO / Operations industry for the last 35 years, I’ve enjoyed a wide and varied career in Installation, distribution, Procurement & Operational management.

Since joining ERIKS in July 2013, I started as a Service Centre Manager for a new operational account, then joining the Senior Management Team in 2016 as a Contract Development Manager / Customer Benefit Manager delivering Value added activities including Energy Saving initiatives, increasing our Share of Wallet, before then becoming the Projects & Innovation Manager looking after the UK GSK account, as well as supporting my ERIKS colleagues in Europe & Singapore with the Global GSK account. I also support my operational colleagues when required with other Operational accounts, delivering the Contract Savings, increasing our Share of Wallet through customer projects/ OEM conversions, aligning ERIKS with our Customer Sustainability targets & objectives.
