ERIKS Apprenticeship Programme
ERIKS – a Specialised Industrial Service Provider – has launched an exciting apprenticeship programme, designed to discover and develop the next generation of engineering talent, help them build a career, and bridge the skills gap in STEM industries.
These apprenticeships are open to anyone who wishes to apply, though there is a requirement for applicants to have 3 GCSE’s (Grades 9-4 or A-C) or equivalent for the Engineering programme; or 5 GCSE’s, including for Maths and English (Grades 9-4 or A-C), or equivalent for the Sales & Service programme. ERIKS are not expecting their apprentices to have prior knowledge or experience, just a willingness to work, learn and grow.
The Engineering course will run for 48 months, while the duration for the Sales & Service course is 36 months.
