I joined ERIKS in 2011 after moving back to the UK following 10 years in the United States. I have an extensive background in modifying and restoring classic cars, with many of the skills and experience transferable to mechanical power transmission, although before joining ERIKS, I had no previous experience of industrial power transmission.

Throughout my career I have held various roles, starting as a Trainee Technical Support Engineer. After proving my abilities, I dropped the training title and gained several years of experience quoting and specifying drives, and when the decision was made to merge our couplings and drives division with the Power Transmission team, I agreed to take on the role of Office Manager, and have held the responsibility for the Technical Support Team ever since.

At the end of 2018, I became Product Manager for Gears, Motors and Drives.
